Can anyone states it clear about what is the difference between Aerodynamic balancing and horn balance

There is no difference Jukzizy. A horn balance s just one example of aerodynamic balancing. Any device that uses the passing airflow to assist in moving the controls is an aerodynamic balance. A horn balance ,usually on a rudder or elevator, is just one example an aerodynamic balance.
