Edd created the topic: Types of operation

Since the introduction of the new licensing regulations I have noticed that flight training has been removed from CAR 206 (1)(a). CAR 2 (7)(d)(vii) also states that Part 141 & 142 training is not a private operation. So if flight training is not aerial work or private, what is it?

206 commercial purposes (act, s 27(9))
(A) aerial work purposes....
(Vi) flying training

It clearly says there

Thanks for your input Gaurav. The reference you posted must be from an old document as that regulation now only refers to balloon flying training.
