CAO 48.0 para 3.1 says that the maximum time from the beginning of a standby period to the end of a tour of duty that follows that standby period is 23 hours. You commenced your standby at 0700 LMT and were called to work at 2000 LMT so you were on standby for 13 hours. That means that the tour of duty can be no longer than 10 hours because that tour of duty would end 23 hours after you commenced your standby period.

10 hours after 2000 hours is 0600 the next day.
