on page 86, i dont understand question 37, why the answer is not d , flight is never permitted below 500 agl except for take off and landing ,(according to car 157 low level flying ) did i miss anything that it is important key word in this question.

on page 61( review set 2), you can conduct a private flight into remote area with an elt , what condition applies? i choose d ( because of flight note is not required on private flight aip enr 1.10 2.11) but the answer is b you must norminate a sartime or leave a flight note and the flight must be less than 50 nm)
