Hi all,
I had a question relating to Part 61 and other related legislative instruments.
Hypothetically, consider there was an aircraft that had design features warranting particular design feature endorsements, for the purpose of the argument MPPC, RU and pressurisation. Let’s say pilot A had MPPC and RU, and pilot B had pressurisation. Both pilots will be in control seats and all other relative flight reviews/medicals etc were up to date. In this scenario, does Part 61 legally facilitate one of the pilots (ie - pilot A) to act as PIC, and log such time?
I’ve always wondered this and have studied Part 61 before, however, it becomes unclear to me as to whether or not acting as PIC and logging PIC time are 1:1 with exercising the privileges of a flight crew license.
