G'day!

I can't seem to find the reference for where to find the information to this question.
The answer states CASR MOS 7.02 - away from the vicinity of the aerodrome, however, I can't seem to find the reference.

Here are additional references CASR 91.230 and VFRG page 077, However if you could point out the question I could give additional context.
