Hi,
Does anyone know if a pilot enters the wrong approach procedure into the FMC system and selects the wrong automation mode to fly the ILS leading to a missed approach, Would it be classed as a handling state or an incorrect configuration state?

Its a multitude of errors, if would be categorised as both the handling error and the incorrect configuration. in this case they are not mutually exclusive.
