Do I use U.S. OR IMP gallons?

I am doing the online practice exams and I can't figure out how to tell whether to use U.S. or Imp gallons. The performance exam #2 question 21 is an example. It states gallons but would only work using the us conversion.

Hi Emel,

All problems involving gallons will be US gallons.

Thanks Rich, do you know if that is the same for the CASA exams? Might explain a few things..

As far as I know, they only use US Gallons in the CASA exam and if not, they would have to make it clear which unit they were referring to.

They made units clear in each question.
