I just used bob taits online exams and theory for this they were very handy and I do believe sufficient to pass this exam with, even though my mark doesn't support that. I'm just going to throw in a few questions that I remember from the exam. It wont have all the information and all the potential answers so take what I say with a grain of salt and use what you can out of it. Hopefully it helps others.

- There was a question in regard to information processing, I selected perception is one of the initial stages of processing information. I was stuck between two questions now with hindsight I remember that in bob tait book goes sensation, perception etc. Don't make that same mistake.
- There's one about an Expected threat. Along the lines of "what is an expected threat" 1. You depart out of the circuit knowing there is someone doing right hand circuits. 2. You read the NOTAM that its right only circuits and don't remember last two
- Communication styles - There is a question about a PULL technique. 4 options two were blatantly wrong and one was along the lines of "let me have a think about that" and "I need to hear that again" I initially went first one, then changed my answer and got it wrong. First one was a questioning answer.
- Was a question about crew decision making. This one was quite tricky and all very similar in the wording but there should be two that stick out. I selected the one that was consider the majority crew voting which had logical in it yet I believe the more assertive option is the correct one.
- Ergonomics - This one is quite annoying there's two very clear answers. 1. ergonomics is for pilot to be at the "point of datum" basically center of it all to be able to access and see everything. 2. Ergonomics is for the entire human population will be suitable for the cockpit. I selected 1 and was wrong.
- One about pilot passing onto active runway but had nothing in any of the options about undesired ground configuration. Had two options that were hinting communication (Language and Stepping) but I don't believe they were correct and I believe I selected a handling error.
- Pilots miss X (instrument or lever) and was found out to be having non operational communications with air hostess prior to take off. What could've been done to mitigate this error prior to T/O ? I selected execution countermeasure - I think that may be in my KDRs yet don't know how it could be wrong.
- Downsloping runway is that latent, internal, external or environmental threat. Believe I selected environmental and was wrong.
- Aircraft overran wet runway. There was maybe three options to this one that I narrowed down to two just due to selective wording. One said the PIC should've estimated the LDR and the other said should've analysed with the rain what would be possible. Believe i went analyse and was wrong.
- Rapid ascent - Which gas would cause the most pain ? 1. Tooth 2. Bowel 3. Sinus 3. Ears I believe i went sinus or ears but it makes sense that it would be tooth with expanding gases.
- Otolith - What does the Otolith measure 1. Linear accelerations 2. Angular accelerations 3. Roll. 4. Pitch. I went 1, wrong ?

It was quite TEM heavy as expected there is a few things that I hadn't seen in the exam but all in all I think the human factors book is sufficient. I'll hopefully rebook the exam in the next few days, it's not a stressful exam just be conscientious with the wording that was quite literally the most complicated part. Hopefully these questions/statements don't cause you more trouble than good and if you've got any answers from what you can make of what I've written would be greatly appreciated. I'll update on this forum when I pass with more information.

Thanks for your feedback zzac.

It's always heart breaking to score 69% but I like your attitude. You are disappointed of course, but you are getting on with a second attempt and maintaining a positive attitude. This subject has many areas where you can find it difficult to choose between answers. Looking forward to hearing that you nail it next time!

All the best.
Bob
