After taking a good look at that question and doing a quick check of the CASA resources, it looks like you've spotted an errata. Q1 should be a handling error leading to an undesired aircraft configuration state. Here is a summary of the UAS' as described by CASA on page 157 of their Safety Behaviours resource guide:
Aircraft handling: Vertical, lateral or speed deviations, Unnecessary weather penetration, Unstable approach, Long, floated, firm or off-centreline landings
Ground navigation: Runway/taxiway incursions, Wrong taxiway, ramp, gate, or hold spot, Taxi above speed limit
Incorrect aircraft configuration: Automation, engine, flight control, systems, or weight/balance events
It looks like Carbie heat could only qualify for the Configuration State category. Thanks for taking the time to point that out.
