On P263 (book version 2016), you talked about YARM NDB approach without DME, that GNSS can be used to establish distances.
I don't understand then in this case, why the MDA would be 4210 (S-I NDB), not 4160 (S-I NDB/DME), if GNSS can replace DME for distance measurement.

Yes, my book is 2016 version and this portion was not updated.

I have another question though, in the book it says Final approach waypoint for GNSS arrivals is a Fly-over (page 274) but on all the RNAV arrival charts, the symbol is Fly-by with Maltese cross. Could you pls clarify this as well?

Yes the Final approach waypoint for GNSS arrivals is designated by a Maltese Cross and the suffix F
