Why is VH-OZY not a qualifying aircraft?

Hi Bob,
Sitting IREX soon and have a couple of questions:
1. Why is VH-OZY not considered to be a qualifying aircraft?
2. Will the examiner tell us if an aircraft is qualifying or not in a question?

To qualify for the reduced take-off minima, an aircraft must be:
Two pilot operated, or a single pilot operated jet, or a single pilot operated propeller driven aircraft with auto-feather (that would have to be a turbo-prop). VH_OZY does not meet any of those requirements, so it is a non-qualifying aircraft.
