Hi all,
Does anyone know if you are a private flight and want to conduct the last segment of your flight as NVFR without any passengers what the recency requirements are?
Thanks!

AC 61-05 1.1
You must have passed a Night VFR flight review in the last 2 years.
You must have done one take-off or landing in the last 6 months.

and

If you wish to carry passengers, you must have done 3 take-offs and landings in the last 90 days.

I understand your reply relates to the recency requirements for the holder of a Night VFR Rating, however I think the original question was asking about the recency requirements for the holder of an Instrument Rating operating at night under the VFR.

The IFR privileges include operating Night VFR. However, the Night VFR recency requirements apply.

If you hold an instrument rating, you would have also met the endorsement requirements. So provided you hold a current instrument rating, you can fly VFR at night. But if your instrument rating is for single engine aircraft only, you cannot fly a twin at night under the VFR even if you do have a twin endorsement.

Remember also, that you must still meet the night VFR recency requirements of no passengers unless you have done 3 take-offs and landings in the last 90 days (CASR 61.395 (2)).
