Spinrecovery created the topic: NOTAM code

Hi,
I came across this notam code and I have no idea what it means. I use naips every time I fly and I have never seen it before. I tried looking it up on the internet and I could not find any details.
Example:
(A0623/91 NOTAMN
Q) EGXX/QRDCA/IV/NBO/W/000/400/5510N00520W050
A ) EGTT/EGPX
B ) 9104030730
C ) 9104281500
D ) APR 03 07 12 21 24 AND 28 0730 TO 1500
E ) DANGER AREA DXX IS ACTIVE
F ) GND
G ) 12 200 m (40 000 ft) MSL.)

The part that I don't understand is A0623/91. At first I thought it is the altimeter setting but with a zero in front it cannot be.
Is it ICAO or FAA format?
Any helps would be appreciated
