I noticed in the CMET book, the section on stability it mentions that if the ELR is between the SALR and the DALR the environments is referred to as "conditionally stable" but in another section it also refers to it as "conditionally unstable". It sounds like it's just another word for the same thing or have i got my wires crossed here?
Yes, for years it was referred to as 'conditionally stable' then they changed it to 'conditionally' unstable'. I thought I'd changed it, but it looks like that one got away. I'll check it out. Thanks for the feed-back.
