Thanks to those who helped, this forum has some fantastic nuggets of gold and along with John and Bobs help, I managed to turn my first attempt at 57% to a 81% on the second time of trying!

P.S I got the famous 'Your at St George on the ground and you want to cancel your SAR, what Brisbane frequency would you choose?' (obviously not word for word). I spent ages looking for St George, when in fact I should of been looking for SAINT George. Tricky little question!
