Your Echo A/c has 310L of fuel onboard at start up. Given the following data:
The pilot only is onboard and weighs 86kg
No limitations are imposed by runway lengths at any aerodrome
The basic empty weight of the a/c is 1990kg
The flight fuel required is 130L
The fixed reserve is 18 USG and taxi allowance is 2 USG
ALL seats must remain on board
