Hi Bob/Stuart,
For the CASA exam do i get something similar to the BT Performance supplement booklet. CASA website says PPL/CPL workbook under supplied material. But it does not contain all the tables and charts as in the BT supplement. Am I missing something here. Could you please help me on this.

You will be given a work book in the exam room. It will contain the weight and balance data and the take-off and landing data. You will not need the tables (TAS, CLIMB, FUEL FLOW etc) because any information like that will be given in the particular question text. I included that material in the Supplement to make the course questions less wordy.
