I did many times of this question, and I still got takeoff weight is 1030kg or 1040kg, but the correct answer is 1000kg, so i dont know why, plz help

Anytime a chart includes a WAT climb limit, you MUST check both the distance limited TOW and the climb limited TOW. Depending on the data and the chart, the climb limit may be limiting, non-limiting, or irrelevant. However, you must check it.
